If you've ever had a bad experience with CalTrans, then you know the frustration with trying to get an apology or any satisfaction out of this "Good 'Ol Boys " club. Will the "SHOVEL LEANERS" ever become honorable?
Have you ever had a nasty person, who has never liked you because you call them out on their racist ideals go out in front of your house and cut trees and bushes just to try and get even because you won't cater to their "sickness"?
We have found out that CalTrans does not care, and that they have abandoned their policy of necessary encroachment permits, license, insurance and bond. In fact anyone can now cut anyone else's trees and bushes in and near the CalTrans right-of –ways.
If you talk to a CalTrans office, they show shock and dismay, and say they've never heard of anyone doing something as criminal as that, that there are strict policies and procedures. One even asked if the person was mentally ill.
But when you have to deal with the "Good 'Ol Boys", everything changes. They say it's not a problem and they even go out to that person's home to try and help them keep from getting in trouble. Then the same person comes to the local newspaper office and asks the paper NOT TO PRINT the story, because he will be in serious trouble for cutting more trees, and for trying to help his friend.
Well, he was wrong! CalTrans is now making it a new policy. No one will get in trouble, least of all a CalTrans employee. GO CUT ANYONE'S TREES AND BUSHES THAT YOU HAVE A PERSONAL BEEF WITH AND THEY WILL BACK YOU TO THE END.
CalTrans has lost all respect in many people's eyes, and this paper will not keep it out of the press any longer. We are naming names and calling the truth to come out.
