Candidate Joseph Kelly

   The Sierra Sentinel has received several negative e-mail messages from Supervisoral candidate Joseph Kelly. We realize that the stress of running for office is overwhelming to some candidates. Is this what is happening to Mr. Kelly? His delay in answering our questions, and then prolonged answers, that we deemed to be campaigning, concerned us at first.
    When we informed Mr. Kelly that we could not print that long of an answer and agreed to print parts of it, he became extremely upset and wrote that if we were not going to print all of it, we were not allowed to print any. He also does not want his picture shown. We aren't sure what that is about.     We are, however, now concerned that he most likely would not be able to handle the everyday stresses of dealing with upset constituents and matters of dire consequence.
