Texas Executes 482?

Carlos DeLuna, who was executed by the State of Texas, has been in the news recently, due to a Columbia Law School investigation. They uncovered errors and their discovery that the person most likely guilty of the stabbing death he was convicted of, died while in prison for another crime.

It was stated that many of the investigations of executions in Texas has similar results. Since 1982, Texas has executed 482 people, four times the number of any other state. Mr. DeLuna will not be able to benefit from the results of the investigation, but at least his family will know the truth.
