City of Angels Camp Agenda

     We received the Angels Camp City Council agenda for next Tuesday's meeting. The first thing we noticed is that the incorrect language we called their attention to in the Public Comments section had been changed.

    Since the City Administrator had not responded, we were surprised to find that they had  just quietly changed the wording, deleting the part that said ' by law the City Council is not allowed to respond to any public comment'.

    So, we sent Michael McHatten an e-mail that said "thank you so much, Sierra Sentinel, for calling attention to our incorrect statement in the Public Comments section. We have corrected it. thank you again."

   McHatten sent a return e-mail that said the City attorney must have made the change and that he will forward my e-mail to him.

   WHAT A CITY!   WHAT A CITY!....and the beat goes on....
