I just read your story about Public Access TV in Calaveras County, and I have a question. Many years ago the CCTV non-profit refused to donate or allow the County to use the studio without high rent. Is this still going on?
And if it is, where is the money going? How much is the rent now? Who really owns the land, the building, etc.? Isn't it sitting on CCWD land? Who is getting money out of this and why?
I agree with everything written in your article, and agree that priorities are so screwed up down there, not to mention political bias. I do appreciate that you tried to get Northington to help, but obviously to no avail.
