Again, Gary Tofanelli ranted against a member of the public, yelling loudly and not allowing him to continue. He insisted that if the person speaking is not talking about what he thinks they should, that he has the right to stop them and he will.
Tofanelli started out the meeting as if he was determined to be nice to everyone, even allowing Al Segalla to lead the flag salute, and then had a meltdown during the affordable housing discussion.
Tofanelli leans over and laughs with Tryon a lot. Aren't they both in the same boat – A RUNOFF ELECTION?. Maybe this is one of the reasons why. They think its funny and that harrassing the public speakers is a good thing?
