If you go the the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) website its easy to see why. The Union and management at the Postal Service is either unwilling or totally incompetent in dealing with the facts.

Mountain Lion Sightings
Mountain lion sightings in the county are up, and many people panic and call the Sheriff who notifies Fish and Game.
Just because you see a mountain lion doesn't mean it's out to get you, especially if its near a creek or other water. This is a very dry year, and the lions and other critters get thirsty too.
When you call the Sheriff just because you see one, Fish and Game will send one of their Killers out to get it. That isn't usually necessary, but they seem to enjoy it.
Most of these wild creatures only come out at night, but thirst will drive them to expose themselves in daylight. Stay calm. They don't eat people.

Update on the Blue Tarp Death Threats!
Coming soon, an Update on the person who threatened death to the writer of an article they didn't like, attempting to scare or "coerce" them into being quiet isn't going to work.

We have discovered that this creep has also threatened many others, mostly women, and it's time this person faced the consequences.
We also believe its time the California State Attorney General was notified of the attempted coercion of a newspaper, a class D felony.

Give the animals an equal chance with guns and then call it a sport! |
