Mayor Elaine Morris has filed her papers to run for another term.
Two other seats were filled by appointment in the last year. Both Scott Behiel and Roger Neuman will have to be elected in November if they choose to run.
As of July 26, 2012, neither has officially filed at the County. The cutoff date for anyone wanting to run for City Council in August 10, 2012.
