CCWD has a regular board meeting on July 25, 2012 at 9 AM in their Board Room in San Andreas.
One item on the agenda is to award a contract for banking services. This may mean they are changing banks, or opening an account at another bank. When we get the Board Packet, we'll let you know.
They are also approving a new CalPERS Resolution for a Second Tier Retirement Formula as 2 % at age 60 with Three Year Final Compensation. CCWD has money! No layoffs or pay cuts here!
A report on their Quartery Investments is also on the agenda, and of course a closed session for potential litigation. Government Code 54956.9 b 1 – 1 case. Isn't that the Brown Act Law? Have to go check.
