The Calaveras Sheriff's department responded to a call of a fight at the Ace Hardware on Blagen Road in Arnold yesterday, July 13, 2012.
The report shows that a customer was fighting with the owner of the Ace.
The owner stated that the Ace didn't have something the customer wanted and told him to go to another store. No one was arrested, but the Ace owner said the customer is not allowed to come back into his store.
