Murphys Sanitary District President Wants No Elections?

We all ned a lot more of this
after Murphys Sanitary meetings!
At a special meeting of Murphys Sanitary District on July 2, 2012, Pat Davies, current President of that Board of Directors attempted to block any election of new officers
until December.
David Kett had just been appointed to MSD's Board after Davies and one other board member blocked the vote at the District level.
The General Manager, Julio Guerra, without whom it seems there would be no order at all, said that they needed to have a Vice-President, because it was vacant.
One Board member nominated David Kett for President, which did not make Ms. Davies happy. There was no second.
Then Kett was nominated and elected to the VP position.  This is how all of their business is conducted, with chaos, dislike, and using Board positions to hurt other board members, in our opinion.
Will this ever change?   Will the ratepayers ever step in and say "that's enough of this good 'ol boy regime?"  Probably not until the rates triple!
