Roger Alan Winans, 57,of Angels Camp was arrested on August 20, 2012 on Baker Street in Angels Camp.Calaveras County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Winans for alleged DUI, Alcohol or Drugs, DUI .08 percent, and two Obstruction of a Public Officer during an Emergency and Battery on a Public Officer, all misdemeanors.
Winans was also charged with alleged Infliction of corporal injury to a Spouse or Cohabitant, Assault with a deadly weapon other that a firearm, and Obstructing or Resisting an Official, which are felonies.
Winans was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.

How much room is left in the jail? Were other residents of the jail rotated out to provide room for this person?
Pretty soon they will have a really nice new one to kick back in with medical treatment and 3 squares a day, oh the life!!
