At 9 AM on August 22, 2012, the Calaveras County Water District hold is regular meeting. It will be held in the CCWD Board Room in San Andreas.The Sentinel feels that CCWD does not properly follow the Brown Act for agenda items, as they are always very vague.
The Brown Act specifies that agenda items should be clear so that the taxpayers can understand what the item is about.
They also continue to refuse to film their meetings. What is it they are afraid of?
They have FIVE items under CLOSED SESSION with Existing or Potential Litigation scheduled for this meeting.n
