Clyde Ernest Anderson, Jr.

   A Memorial Service is being held on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 1 PM at the Masonic Lodge #78 F & AM located at 5 W. St. Charles Street in San Andreas, for Clyde Ernest Anderson, Jr, of Mountain Ranch, who was 91 when he passed away.

    A native of Oakland, he grew up in Fremont, served in the U.S. Arny during WWII and had worked for Westinghouse in Sunnyvale for 30 years.

     He moved with his family to Mountain Ranch in l981 and has lived there ever since. He was a founding member of the Kennel Club of the Sierra and was a member of the Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge in Sunnyvale.

   Mr. Anderson was a life member of the Manufacturing Engineers Union. He had raised and shown Bulldogs for many years.

   He is survived by his wife Betty Anderson of Mountain Ranch, sisters Sandra Frates of Scappoose, Oregon and Claudine Chase of Mountain Ranch, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

   He was preceded in death by his children William Anderson and Clude Anderson, III.
