David Lynn King "Cowboy" of San Andreas, passed away on August 13, 2012 at home. He was 43 years old.A Calaveras County native, he had lived in San Andreas for over 30 years.
He was a truck driver and mechanic, and had previously lived in Lockeford. He was a Harley Davidson rider/
and enjoyed hunting.

Mr. King was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Carol King.
He is survived by his wife Lisa King, the three beautiful kids he raised; Chris, Desere and Jessie Noland, all of Jackson and his 1st child Jacob David Alexander King in 2008.
In 2010 he married Lisa Pimentel and shortly thereafter he was blessed with the love of his life Cayla Jean King, his second child, whom he is also survived by.
He is also survived by a sister Kelly J. King of Sonora, and nephews Chris, Jay, and Derek Hix, and lifelong friend Frankie Dalman of Jackson, along with many other faimily members.
The date of a service is yet to be determined. San Andreas Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
