UPDATE: The Amario fire is 100% contained as of 10 AM on August 10, 2012.
UPDATE: Smoke from the Amario fire is drifting over Calaveras County, causing a haze this morning, August 9, 2012 at 7:30 M.
UPDATE: Now called the Amarino fire in Soulsbyville, Tuolumne County, it is reportedly 65% contained at 40 acres on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
A fire was reported on August 7, 2012 in Soulsbyville, north of Tuolumne Rd. around 6:30 PM. As of around 9:30 PM was reported to be 30 to 40 acres amd 20% contained.
The cause has not yet been reported. CalFire Calaveras/Tuolumne responded and are currently working to contain this fire.
