Nathan Dale Brooks, 22, of Stockton, was arrested in West Point for alleged rape by force or fear, and other sexual crimes, both felonies, by the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department on August 19, 2012.
Brooks was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
