CHP received a complaint at around 10:10 PM on August 24, 2012 that a man is walking two poodles in the middle of the road, creating a traffic hazard.
The location was on the Amador side of Comanche Parkway North at Curran.
CHP dispatched a unit to the area to clear any possible hazard.
