The best speech of Wednesday, August 29, 2012, was the one by Condoleeza Rice. She outshined all of the others, and we hear that she is being encouraged to get into California politics.
She talked about her childhood; how she wasn't allowed at the Woolworths lunch counter, but her parents continued to encourage her, telling her that she could be President some day.
Paul Ryan catered mostly to the religious base of the Republican Party and continually tried to bash President Obama for everything. We don't feel this will appeal to Independents, which they need in order to have a chance of winning. Rice on the other hand....
