On August 22, 2012, the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office arrested Scott Kenneth Piper, 44, of San Andreas on a local felony warrant, plus allegations of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and illegal Possession of Ammunition, both felonies, and having Contolled Substance Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Piper was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
