CHP received a report of a traffic hazard of Carol Kennedy Drive and Hwy 49 near the airport in San Andreas on Thursday around 8 AM August 9, 2012.
A unit responded to find a trailer partially on the road, apparently abandoned. Use caution in the area until it is cleared.
