James Anthony Giuffra (29), listed as a transient, was arrested on Hwy 49 just south of Toyanza on August 21, 2012 by a Calaveras County Sheriff's Deputry.
He was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged 2nd degree burglary, forging a prescription and Conspiracy to commit a crime, all felonies, and for disorderly conduct due to alcohol, a misdemeanor.
