There were only two calls to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department we feel are worth telling you about during the August 29, 2012 shifts.
One was a resident on Pine Drive in Arnold reporting 6 shots fired and requesting a drive through. Of course, they didn't find anything.
The other was in Copperopolis, a resident on Flint Drive calling to report a prowler in front of their white picket fence, stating that someone had been there for an hour or two.
A deputy responded, and caught the suspect, a deer, trying to figure out how to get in and eat the resident's green grass.
