How come nobody has mentioned Thomas "Rico" Ollers' hunting of bear with dogs. Wasn't there some type of scandal just a few years ago about how many bear he killed using dogs to tree them first?
We have two Republicans running for the 5th Assembly seat representing Calaveras County. Animal lovers couldn't possibly vote for Oller.
So where does the other guy, Bigelow, stand. Will the Sierra Sentinel please find out if Bigelow would or does hunt bear with dogs?
What do animal and wildlife lovers do when two in the same party run, anyway?

wait a minute! Hold on!. SB 1221 was about cruelty to dogs too. the Calaveras Humane Society refused to defend dogs or bears. many hounds are injured as a result of this practice and then dumped when they arent' useful anymore. I'm totally through with supporting this local so-called humane society and Oller.
