A complaint from a resident on Sequoia Ave in Valley Springs was received by the Calaveras Sheriff's Office on September 29, 2012.
No citation was issued or arrest made in the case. We aren't sure when they are going to begin prosecuting the noise ordinance.
There is one exception; a man in Ebbetts Pass is harrassed regularly by the Sheriff's Office simply because they do what a nasty neighbor tells them to do.
