Kelsey E. Appling, 23 of San Andreas, was arrested by Calaveras County Sheriff's deputies at Hwy 12 and Pine Street in Valley Springs on September 19, 2012 for alleged Transporting Narcotic Substances, Possession of Narcotic Substances, Possession of Controlled Substances with the Intent to Sell, and Possession of Controlled Substances for Sale, all felonies.
Appling was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released on bond.
