Ann HItchman Peccia and Mike Peccia Make False Accusations?

   Were false accusations that Ann Hitchman Peccia made about the Murphys Sanitary District General Manager hard to believe, and were  the Peccia's comments what led up to the assault
which happened later?

   Julio Guerra warned Ms. Peccia that she should watch what she says and Guerra and the Board told Peccia the truth. Guerra should not have to listen to things that we agree and believe sound totally crazy and false.

    Peccia had also insisted that Emerson had told the Board about the sludge collection, and that they did nothing.  How many statements like this can the Board be forced to listen to?
 
   She also wants the Board to stay in the building that the Davies own, despite the fear of "mold" illness issues,  in order to save money.

     Peccia indicated that this was nothing in favor of the Davies, but we have seen that there may not be much truth to that. How much slander and libel does Julio Guerra have to endure?

     When we investigated, asking many in Muprhys, we were told that the Davies, the Peccias and Emerson have had a relationship for some time, which most feel were not in the best interest of the other ratepayers, but only themselves.

   The special side sewer work was especially done for the Peccias. 

   Then Mr. Peccia got up to speak, and accused the General Manager of what sounded like he was being accused as the fault of everything, which is totally false.

   Peccia said that Merita Callaway told a totally different story the day after the Board meeting.  Pecciae praised Ms. Callaway in extreme terms, glowingly stating how thankful he is to have her for his Supervisor and how he personally speaks with her privately.

   We could not find one word of accuracy in most of these statements about Guerra, and everyone we asked wondered where he has been all this time. Several people told us he could not handle being a Board member, partly because of his anger issues during meetings.
