A traffic accident that occurred at Hwy 12 and Trethaway in Lockeford. Two vehicles, a gray Geo and and black Pontiac involved, both parties are refusing medical treatment.
One involved party, a sister, indicates she will press charges, but it isn't clear what type of charges are involved, possibly wanted.
Two tow trucks have been dispatched to the scene; vehicles are blocking the Hwy.
