Car vs Snow Plow on Hwy 4

    UPDATE:  1:45 PM Still waiting for tow truck.

    UPDATE:  12:50 PM:  CHP is still attempting to clear Hwy 4 of a 4 runner.


   11:50 AM:  We just received information that a car hit a snow plow on Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass. No injuries have been reported.

   CHP is enroute to the scene. A tow truck has been dispatched.
