12:15 PM: A brown and white dog walking in the roadway at Hwy 4 and Murphys Grade Rd has been reported. Actually, Murphys Grade Road and Hwy 4 no longer intersect, so there is an error there somewhere.
Use extra caution in the area of Murphys Grade Road until CHP can reach the area.
