UPDATE: At 6 PM CHP changed this incident to a hit and run with no injuries. Interesting....
A traffic accident that occurred just before 5 PM on Hwy 4 at Golden Torch Drive is still being cleared by CHP. An ambulance responded to the scene.
At 5:30 PM the westbound lane was still closed for tow truck access and removal of vehicles.
