UPDATE: CHP arrived onscene at 11:58 AM.
11:20 AM: CHP reports a white pickup is off Hwy 4 and down the embankment at Cottage Springs. It is unknown if there are any injuries.
A CHP unit and a tow truck are enroute to the scene. Use extra caution in that area.
