UPDATE: 1:30 PM: The vehicle has been towed and the driver was taken to Mark Twain Hospital. The highway is clear.
A solo vehicle spin-out and collision was reported to CHP at around 12:45 PM at the intersection of Fricot City Rd and Hwy 49. There are no injuries reported.
Fire is enroute as the vehicle is reportedly smoking. Use extra caution in that area.
