Another Spin-Out on Hwy 4
We just received a report at 9:30 AM that CHP is responding to another spin-out on Hwy 4, this time at Moran on Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass.
Apparently the party is at the Chevron Station in Arnold at this time. A green GMC Sierra was the solo vehicle, which is now off the road and out of sight of the Hwy.
