The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors meets on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 after 2 weeks off.
On this agenda is the retirement of Jeannie Middleton from the Sheriff's Department after 24 years of service.
Also on the agenda is making the Animal Services Manager a permanent position instead of a limited term position.
The hiring of an interim County Administrative Officer, John Blacklock is also on the agenda.
Replacing the Schaad and Whiskey Slide Road Bridges is also on the agenda for a total cost of $863,073. It doesn't indicate where the money is coming from, just lists public works.
Introducing their new rules just for the vacation rentals at Lake Tulloch is ready for approval if there isn't any trouble or complaints. This only affects landlords at Tulloch and not Ebbetts Pass or any other area of the county.
This one is listed last, just before closed session and correspondence.
We'll fill in more details when the packet is released on Thursday.
