After the government announced that a corporation is a person under the law, John Frieman, who lives in San Rafael, intentionally began driving in the carpool lane.
Cited, he is fighting the ticket, saying that his corporation was sitting in the other seat. He even had the incorporation papers with him.
It will be interesting to see how far he gets with that argument in court.
