.... a paparazzi was hit and killed standing in the middle of the road.
The photographer that was killed by a vehicle while trying to get a photo of Justin Bieber in his Ferrari, would have recived around $100 for the photo.
Beiber is now calling for new laws surrounding the paparazzi.
