You are kidding, right? They own all the rights to service around here. you have no choice.
How about rude and hot honoring their contracts. Hope you never paid them for insurance. They do not honor it either.
They are rude, keep you waiting forever, and have a monopoly in Calaveras County at least. It's not right!
These people are awful. They block all others from using the system. It is a monopoly. Why don't elected officials do something up here?
Have they stolen money from you for insurance that doesn't really exist? They did me.
I'm one of those who paid insurance on several phones for years, only to have them practically laugh in my face when i tried to use it. They told me to qualify for the insurance i had to upgrade my phone and sign a long contract. Sick of them. glad you are opening this up for all to see.
Ok, but did you ever try to go over their heads. They won't even tell you where the head office is. Bad news.
I'd like to know how this company got a monopoly on towers in calaveras county, especially where i live in Ebbetts Pass?
You don't know? Our County Supervisors gave it to them.
