UPDATE: CHP states the roadway is clear as of 9:15 AM
Three CHP's are now on the scene of a serious accident at Hwy 99 and Hammer Lane that occured around 8:40 AM. One of the vehicles is believed to have left the scene.
Air ambulance has been requested. A white van and a blue SUV were involved. Use extra caution if headed to shop in that area.
