UPDATE: As of 9:30 AM the road is clear.
At 8:25 AM CHP received a report that a brown and white dog is running on the road at Hwy 4 and OByrnes Ferry Road in Copperopolis.
A CHP officer is enroute to that location. Use caution in that area.
