How does Sheriff Kuntz Feel about Candy Rock?

After a time of questions involving the Stanislaus National Forest officials the Sheriff of Calaveras County made a very unexpected comment.

This is his comment unedited and without spelling or typographical errors corrected:

Dated 1/29/2013  5:06 PM  Titled  Candy Rock Questions

    "Hi All,

Why doesn't the US Forrest Service take their equipment and get of the range on their property if it's such a big issue.  I don't understand this. They allowed t60 have it there. Sorry for the late responses', these email were in my junk files."

If this is true, it's about time he told the usfs to get rid of that illegal place. its just a gathering place for low-lifes and drunks.

Why doesn't the sheriff grow a pair and tell this to the Forest Service?

What's the difference between Candy Rock shooting range, Tryon shooting range and Calaveras Tactical's shooting range in Copper?

When Kuntz was hoping to get into office, he promised some action. Now that he's in it, he's hiding behind his badge and doing nothing. Already nearby residents have had to move as a result of battleground like shooting, not to mention a couple of explosions resembling bombs-- all because of the inertia and buck passing of both the Stanislaus FS and the local Sheriff. Apparently neighborhood peace and safety are not a concern to either. Our tax dollars at work.

Well, all can supply nuts to kill school kids. In that there is no difference

I don't think he ever did care about us. He was just trying to get elected.
Now that he wants to run again he's telling the Forest Service to close it down? I don't believe a thing he says.

I don't trust Kuntz. We need a new Sheriff. Who's running against him?

Kuntz isn't taking care of the burglaries and other thefts in Ebbetts Pass, either. Are they his gun friends, too?
