UPDATE: As of 8:05 PM the roadway is clear.
UPDATE: At 7:54 PM CHP has put out a description of the suspects; 2 adult males about 30 years old and 250 lbs. wearing dark clothers, with dark hari in the area of the accident.
They should be on foot at this time.
UPDATE: At 7:47 CHP requested help with traffic control in the area of the accident.
CHP received a report of an accident on Hwy 4 at Meadowmont Way in Arnold at 7:35 PM. An ambulance and two CHP units are enroute to the scene due to injuries.
The person who called said two suspects may have fled the scene. CHP indicates they may have been drinking.
The caller heard skidding, then a smashing sound.
