"Tri-Dam says only 2 boats per dock?" per Spellman

     During the Board of Supervisors meeting on February 12, 2013, the Lake Tulloch vacation rental permit was on the agenda.

    While Supervisor Darren Spellman was droning on and on about the necessity to immediately pass this ordinance, he mentioned that "Susan Larson of Tri-Dam told me that only two boats are allowed to be tied up at a dock at one time."

   Well, when we couldn't find anything like that written in the Tri-Dam rules, we called Susan Larson to ask her about the statement.

    Larson said that the statement Spellman made was false; that she never said anything like that at any time.     She told us there are rules about not blocking the water way and about not parking on the next property's waterway, but no numbers are given.
