A man who wanted to propose to his girlfriend by doing something wild, had the idea. The girlfriend accepted.
The four main instigators were tracked down using Utube and charged for "slapping law enforcement in the face" and "making a spectacle of it". Also pink smoke was involved.
They were charged with misdemeanor public nuisance and participating in an unlawful assembly. The girlfriend wasn't charged.
The video went viral, and the cops said thank you Utube.
