Copperopolis Gun Range Not legal?

The owner of a gun range that has been under some controversy recently, showed up at the Board of Supervisors Tuesday.
This applicant should be treated the same way that Trinitas' owners were! Right?

Allowed by the property owners to run the business on their land, he apparently never bothered to get a Conditional Use Permit to have a gun range.

Saying that he was a licensed gun dealer, was he stating that he would follow what the County wanted?

We know what the people in Valley Springs were NOT allowed to do, and we know it will cost quite a bit of money.

We have to be honest here. Guns are BIG business, and this fellow can probably well afford to run his business legitimately.

The gentleman that spoke defending Calaveras Tactical was not the owner.
The owner never applied for a gun range. He and his compadres just did it. The land is under contamination jurisdiction of the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
It sounded like one of your blog news competitors has been promoting the operation. I wonder if that person promoting it knew it was an illegal facility? Is that egg on that person's face?

I want to know if Sheriff Kuntz was letting this one run illegal just ike he lets Candy Rock run illegal?

Probably. He says the gun people will vote for him. Its re-election time, so to heck with the legal people in the County.

So if I understand your comment correctly,if you own a gun you are considered a illegal person in this county! If that is the case then I am illegal and enjoy my 2nd Amendment rights as granted by the Constitution!!!
