Bonnie Newman, who gets up to speak at the Calaveras Board of Supervisors every week in behalf of the disabled and their In-Home Supportive Services caretakers should be happy.
Apparently Governor Brown has made a deal to end the court battle with unions who care for the disabled in their homes.

These services allow people to stay in their own homes longer instead of being placed in a long-term care facility or nursing home.
