Lenore A Hemminger passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, March 3, 2013, in Angels Camp, California at the age of 86.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 4, 1927.
Lenore was married for 62 years to her husband, Paul, who preceded her in death four years ago. also on March 23rd.
Lenore was a dedicated homemaker and raised three children while supporting Paul's career as a patent attorney.
Following Paul's retirement, Lenore and he moved from New York to Oklahoma where they owned and operated Gator's Wharf Restaurant on Lake Eufaula.
In addition to managing the restaurant, Lenore enjoyed traveling the country in their RV visiting family and friends along the way.
Lenore and Paul left Oklahoma and relocated to San Andreas in 2006.
Lenore is survived by her three children - Pamela Hemminger of La Canada-Flintridge, James Hemminger of Mountain Ranch and Steven Hemminger of Los Gatos; and five grandchildren, Carly, Mariah, Jeff, Eric and Kimberly.
The family appreciates the wonderful staff at Foothill Village in Angels Camp who provided compassionate personal care and family support over the past several months.
Lenore's family will share a private celebration of life on March 29, 2013 in San Andreas.
