Native Americans find Redskins Offensive

   A group of Native Americans have been trying to persuade the Washington Redskins to change their name because it is offensive.

   Now they have the team in court over the trademarked name, saying that it is illegal to trademark disparaging, scandalous, contemptuous or disreputable names.

   The Redskins have spent millions advertising their "trademark" name and have refused to change it.
