UPDATE: At 11:45 AM CHP reports 99 freeway is clear of accident vehicles.
11:07 AM We recommend you stay as far away as you can from 99 in Stockton today. There are currently three separate accidents between Charter Way and Manteca, this one at the Wilson Way offramp.
No injuries were reported in this one. CHP is enroute. A white sedan collided with a green pickup.
