UPDATE: At 8:26 AM CHP arrived and a tow truck was called. Injuries are reported as minor.
An ambulance is enroute to a traffic accident reported at 8:07 AM on Swiss Ranch Road in Mounatin Ranch.
A truck vs an unknown vehicle with one subject yelling occurring at that location. CHP has been dispatched to the scene. Use caution in that area.
